  Would not recommend!!. House built in 1977 ( not 1983, as disclosed) is bound to have some issues, however, I have been there less than 3 weeks and am now at $15,000 worth of repairs that need to be sooner than later. Windows were reported as "older and not energy efficient." It was not reported that several were missing panes, several were missing plastic end pieces , leaving bare glass to slide into the frames. Most (side sliders) are extremely difficult to open and close, so we now have them closed and are awaiting new windows.($5000.) The fuse panel is overfused, according to the insurance company inspector. They want an electrician to review the panel and I have a month to bring it to code .??? Really? A certified home inspector couldn't see this? The list goes on.. The inspector was recommended by the realtor. Buyer beware, I guess. Hard lesson to learn. Would not recommend!!!
